The swimming pool at the Pearl Edge Holiday Bungalow, Palindanuwara, was ceremonially declared open on 29 March 2026 by the Brigadier YKS Rangika psc ptsc, Colonel Commandant of Corps of Engineer Services with the invitation of Brigadier MSD Perera USP ptsc, Centre Commandant of Corps of Engineer Services, marking a significant enhancement to the bungalow’s leisure facilities.
The event was attended by Brigadier NWPSM Perera, Director of Engineer Services, whose support and coordination contributed to the successful completion of the project. The newly introduced facility is expected to greatly enhance the comfort and recreational experience of visitors, reflecting the ongoing commitment to improving welfare amenities.
