The Engineering Services Central Workshop marked its 27th Anniversary on 30 October 2024, together with military formalities and several religious and community-oriented projects.
On the anniversary day, Colonel N Wanigasinghe Lsc, Commandant, ESCWKSP was saluted in a Guard Turnout on arrival at the camp premises. Afterwards, he joined a Group Photograph, All Ranks Tea, Opened an accommodation building in WOs' & Sgt mess, Opened Two bus stop near the Panagoda Army Cantonment B gate and musical event.
In conjunction with the Workshop day celebrations, A Dhamma preaching was held on 16 October 2024 in camp premises and a Shramadana Campaign was held on 17 October 2024 in Provincial Ayurvedic Hospital, Meegoda. In addition, a cricket match added importance to the anniversary.
