The 17th Engineer Services Regiment remarked 8th anniversary on 11th of November 2022. Guard turnout and Ceremonial parade was held for the present commanding officer Maj EADP Edirisinghe Lsc, followed by planting of saplings on the camp premises to remark the 8th Anniversary day.
The occasion was fulfilled with the number of entertainment events that had been organized for the troops and civil servants. The unit day celebration was followed by all-rank lunch and end with musical evening. Officers and other ranks belongs to Garrison engineer stations that spread over the Security Force (Central) area participated for the event.
