SAARC CULTURAL CENTRE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CARRIED OUT BY THE 4TH ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENT.

Construction of SAARC Cultural Centre at Navimana Matara was commenced by the 4th Engineer Services Regiment on 22 April 2011 and the project is to be completed on 30 December 2018. 71% of the project has been completed by now.
