RHQ CES CONDUCTS A CURRENT AFFAIRS CLASS TO THE OFFICERS WHO WILL SIT FOR CAPTAIN TO MAJOR PROMOTION EXAMINATION.

A Current Affairs class organized by the RHQCES in order to prepare CES Officers who are to sit for the Current Affairs paper in the Captain to Major Promotion Exam 2018 was held on 23 Feb 2018 with the participation of 39 Officers. Maj Gen KAPJ Ratnayake Lsc, The Director General Engineer Services and The Colonel Commandant CES made the opening address and Brig MP Karunarathne IG the Deputy Commandant OCDC Buttala was the resource person.
