14 CES OFFICERS AND 1258 OTHER RANKS REPORTED TO RHQ CES IN ORDER TO RECEIVE LEGAL DISCHARGE DURING GENERAL AMNESTY PERIOD FROM 02 APRIL TO 25 APRIL
Under the directions of His Excellency the President and the Ministry of Defence, the Sri Lanka Army declared a General Amnesty period from April 2 to April 16 for Officers and Other Ranks who were Absent without Leave from the Sri Lanka Army . The General Amnesty Period was again extended up to 25 April 2015.
Making use of this opportunity total number of 14 CES Officers and 1258 Other Ranks reported to RHQ CES in order to obtain their Legal discharge from the Sri Lanka Army.
