The Seva Vanitha \"Bakmah Ulela\" New Year festival organized by the Corps of Engineer Services Seva Vanitha Branch was held at the camp premises of the 4th Engineer Services Regiment, under the patronage of Mrs. Sandhya Peramune, the Hon President of the CES Seva Vanitha Branch. A large gathering of crowd including the members of the CES Seva Vanitha Branch, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, civilians and their family members participated in this event.
