NEWLY PROMOTED BRIGADIER KL MUNASINGHE USP WAS HONOURED IN A FELICITATION CEREMONY AT THE REGIMENTAL HEADQUARTERS OF CORPS OF ENGINEER SERVICES - PANAGODA

Regimental Headquarters of Corps of Engineer Services hosted a 'Felicitation Ceremony in honour of newly promoted Brig KL Munasinghe USP on 5th February 2024 in conformity with military traditions. The newly promoted Brigadier KL Munasinghe USP on his arrival to the Regimental Headquarters and greeted him with a 'Guard Turnout' at the Main Entrance.

Newly promoted Centre Commandant was welcomed by Colonel MSD Perera USP ptsc, the Deputy Centre Commandant of RHQCES and he thanked to gathering for arranging a delightful felicitation ceremony for his promotion.
