NEW COMMANDING OFFICER, 9 (V) ESR ASSUMES DUTIES ON 24 MAY 2019
Lt Col R M S K Rathnayake CES who relinquished the appointment of Commanding Officer 8th (Vol) Engineer Services Regiment on 23 May 2019 assumed duties as the Commanding Officer of the 9th (Vol) Engineer Services Regiment on 24 May 2019. A guard of honour was accorded to the new Commanding Officer and after participating in the "All Ranks Tea" arranged at the Other Ranks Mess, the new Commanding Officers addressed all Officers and Other Ranks present.
