Lt Col K S Mohan Kumar USP CES assumed duties as the Commanding Officer of the 9th (Vol) Engineer Services Regiment on 17 February 2020. A guard of honor was accorded to the new Commanding Officer and after participating in the "All Ranks Tea" arranged at the Other Ranks Mess, the new Commanding Officers addressed all Officers and Other Ranks present.
