THE NCOS' OF 1ST ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENTS CELEBRATES THEIR 35TH ANNIVERSARY
The “Guests Night†organized by 1st Engineer Services Regiment held on 28 December 2018 at 1 ESR Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda. Maj Gen KAPJ Ratnayake Lsc, the Director General Engineer Services and the Col Comdt CES graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Col R Ganegoda psc, the Centre Comdt CES, Col P Gunasekara USP Lsc, the Col Design and Planning Dte of ES, Col KMS Kumara, Deputy Centre Comdt CES and Other Officers also participated in this event. Cpl Sisira Kumara B B C, the senior most NCO welcomed the Chief Guest and all other invitees.
