Maj T G S C Thalagahawatta psc Lsc CES was able to secure the 4th order of merit place in the Defence Services Command and Staff College Course No 11 and received his award from State Minister of Defence Hon Ruwan Wijayawardena during the Graduation Ceremony held on 13 December 2017 at the DSCSC. His Excellency Maithripala Sirisena the Hon President of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka graced this occasion as the Chief Guest.
Maj T G S C Thalagahawatta psc Lsc CES also won the 4th place in the Logistics Staff Course No – 2 in 2015 and got the opportunity to follow Logistics Staff Course at Army School of Logistics, Pakistan.
Maj Gen K A P J Ratnayake Lsc, the Director General Engineer Services and the Colonel Commandant CES extended his best wishes to Maj T G S C Thalagahawatta psc Lsc CES appreciating his achievement.
