THE CORPS OF ENGINEER SERVICES CONDUCT MULTI RELIGIOUS OBSERVANCES TO COINCIDE WITH ITS 70TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS

In connection with the 70th Anniversary celebrations that falls on 10 January 2020, the Corps of Engineer Services conducted Multi Religious observances to invoke blessing on all the members of the Corps.

The Hindu Religious Observance organized by the 6th Engineer Services (Vol) was conducted at Shiva Subramanian Swami Kovil at Slave Island on 26 December 2019. The Islamic Religious Observance organized by the 14th Engineer Services Regiment (Vol) was held at Jummah Masjid Hanwella on 02 January 2020.The Special Christian Service organized by the 7th Engineer Services Regiment (Vol) was held at Christ the King Church, Pannipitiya on 07 January 2020.
