CONSTRUCTION OF LIBRARY BUILDING AT BINGIRIYA “DEVAGIRI RAJAMAHA VIHARA” BY THE 1ST ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENT.

Construction of the 60’ x 32’ Library Building at Bingiriya Devagiri Rajamaha Vihara Temple was commenced by the 1st Engineer Services Regiment on 29 January 2018 and 75% of the building has been completed by now.
