COMMEMORATIVE VISIT OF MAJ GEN LANKA AMARAPALA RWP RSP ndc psc TO 10 ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENT

In a momentous occasion on December 5, 2023, Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, the Director General of Financial Management, and the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services, in his maiden visit to 10 Engineer Services Regiment, brought a wave of enthusiasm and camaraderie to the unit. The visit, filled with various engaging activities, showcased the strong bond between the leadership and the troops.

The day commenced with a grand guard turnout, a symbol of respect and honor, presented to the esteemed Colonel Commandant. Major RP Rohana CES, the Commanding Officer, extended a warm welcome to Maj Gen Lanka Amarapala, setting the tone for a day filled with significant events.

Later, the Colonel Commandant addressed all ranks and stressed the importance of maintaining good discipline, upholding professionalism, maintaining correct procedures for financial matters, taking measures for drug prevention, and the continuous need for rigorous training

Following the troops' address, a tea party provided a casual setting for informal conversations, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among the attendees.
