THE COMMANDER OF THE ARMY DECLARES OPEN THE NEW OFFICERS’ MESS IN 11 DIVISION CONSTRUCTED BY THE 17TH ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENT ON 25 FEBRUARY 2019

Lieutenant General N U M M W Senanayake RWP RSP VSV USP USACGSC the Commander of the Army declared open the new Officers’ Mess Building of the 11 Division Headquarters at Pallekele , Kandy on 25 February 2019.

The Officers Mess Building was constructed by the troops of 17th Engineer Servicers Regiment headed by Captain D M C U L Dissanayake CES the Garrison Engineer Kandy under the command of Lt Col Y K S Rangika psc CES the Commanding Officer 17 ESR.
