Major General K A P J Ratnayake Lsc the Director General Engineer Services and Colonel Commandant CES extended New Year Greetings to the troops of Regimental Headquarter and 1st Engineer Services Regiment at the customary New Year Tea Party organized at RHQ CES to celebrate the Sinhala and Hindu New Year on 17 April 2018. Also, gift packs were presented to Civilian Employees by the Colonel Commandant appreciating their valuable service. Colonel R Ganegoda psc the Centre Commandant CES, Colonel K M S Kumara the Deputy Centre Commandant CES, Senior Officers, Officers, Corps Segrent Major and large number of Other Ranks participated in this event.
