Upon the invitation of Lt Col G P H Chandrarathne CES the Commandant Engineer Services Central Workshop the newly constructed Two Storied Officers’ Mess & Accommodation Complex was declared open by Maj Gen H J S Gunawardena RSP VSV USP ndc psc the Master Genral Ordnance and the Colonel Commandant CES on 06 June 2019 during a simple ceremony held at the Engineer Services Workshop premises at Habarakada , Panagoda. The Director Engineer Services Brig R Ganegoda psc, the Centre Commandant CES Col K M S Kumara, Deputy Centre Commandant CES Col S N Kithulgoda USP, the Colonel Engineer Services Col E A D K Edirisinghe, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in this event.
