COL KMS KUMARA ASSUMES DUTIES AS THE NEW CENTRE COMMANDANT

Col KMS Kumara who served as the Deputy Centre Commandant CES assumed duties as the Centre Commandant CES on 08.10.2018 at RHQ CES. A guard turnout and a Ceremonial parade was presented to the new Centre Commandant which was followed by a Tea party held in the evening .
