Col KL Munasinghe USP assumed duties as the 23rd Centre Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services on 29 December 2023 at the Corps of Engineer Services Regimental Headquarters.
In accordance with military traditions, a Guard Turnout was accorded of the new Centre Commandant. Amidst religious observances, Col KL Munasinghe USP placed his signature on an official document to symbolically signify the acceptance of the new office.
