CES WESAK LANTERN AT COLOMBO GANGARAMA BUDDHA RASHMI VESAK ZONE
The Wesak Lantern created by WO I NHS Sanjeewa and his team at Colombo Gangarama Buddha Rashmi Wesak Zone, representing the Corps of Engineers Services was declared open for the public on 11 May 2017 and won the 4th place. The CES Wesak Lantern was mainly made of Coconut Eakles and illustrated the Themagula & first alms giving in the Life of the Buddha. It was able to draw a large public attention at the Wesak Zone.
