As per the Direction of Army Seva Vanitha Unit and under the full supervision of Mrs. Surangi Amarapala Honorary Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Branch CES, the Corps of Engineer Services Seva Vanitha Branch (CES-SVB) on Thursday (21) undertook a visit to the ‘Abhimansala-3’, wellness resort in Pangolla with the objective of inquiring into the well-being of War Heroes under rehabilitation and recuperation.
Ladies in the CES-SVB, led by Mrs Surangi Amarapala, Chairperson, CES-SVB carried two ‘Pahan Weta’ as a common donation for the War Heroes.
As the ceremony drew to a close, participants gathered for a convivial tea session, sharing stories and experiences. The event not only showcased the commitment of CES to community welfare but also emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
After that Chairperson of CES-SVB and all participants took a group photograph and concluded this visit by musical event and signing the Visitors' Book, The Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Snr Members, Lt Col KAAS Perera CES and Maj SSC Chandrathilake CES, Coordinating Officer of CES SVB participated to this.
