CES SEVA VANITHA BRANCH DONATES A WHEELCHAIR TO THE MOTHER OF A CES WARRANT OFFICER
Under the direction of the President of CES Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs.Indira Pinnaduwa Rathnayake, on 30 November 2017 the CES Seva Vanitha Branch donated a Wheelchair equipped with a commode to Mother of Warrant Officer II Keerthirathne C M N who is presently serving at the Directorate of Engineer Service.
