THE CES OFFICERS’ TRAINING DAY.

Under the guidance of Major General H J S Gunawardena RSP VSV USP ndc psc , the Commander Security Force (Wanni) and the Colonel Commandant CES , the Training Day of CES Officers was held on 18 July 2019 successfully at Corps of Engineer Services Regimental Headquarters with the participation of more than 50 Officers attended from all CES Units and Institutes. The Training day Programme was commenced with a Yoga Training followed by a Drill Training session. In the morning a lecture on Method of Instruction was conducted by Major M P C N Gunasena CES the Second in Command 12 (V) ESR and after the luncheon an informative and thought provoking lecture on " Happiness and Motivation" was conducted by Dr. Eng. Ranil Sugathadasa.

The Training Day Programme was concluded with the Dinners’ Club held in the evening and it was addressed by the guest lecturer Mr Gayajith Sanjeewa Fonseka who delivered a remarkable lecture on "How to communicate with confidence". Colonel K M S Kumara the Centre Commandant CES, Colonel S N Kithulgoda USP the Deputy Centre Commandnat CES and several other Senior Officers also participated in this occasion.
