CES CONDUCTS ‘VAP POYA DAY’ RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES AT ARMY BODHIRAJARAMAYA TEMPLE, PANAGODA

Corps of Engineer Services in collaboration with Mechanized Infantry Regiment for ‘Vap Poya Day’ religious activities at the Army Bodhirajaramaya Temple, Panagoda under the guidance of Army Buddhist Association on 28 October 2023. Religious activities commenced with observing Sil in the morning and subsequently Dharmadeshana and Almsgiving were included to cover entire day.

Almsgiving in the morning and afternoon for more than 750 Buddhist devotees were prepared and offered. Officers and other ranks representing all the battalions of CES and MIR contributed to make the event a success.
