The Christian Service organized in parallel to the 74th Anniversary Corps Day of the Corps of Engineer Services was held at RHQ CES on 03 January 2024. Col MNJ Perera, the Col (ES) Dte of Engineer Services AHQ, Col MSD Perera USP ptsc the Deputy Centre Comdt CES, Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks of the Corps of Engineer Services participated in this event.
The holy mass was offered by Rev FrThilinaSamith, the Parish priest of St Micheal’s Church, Homagama. The spiritual aspect added a profound layer of significance to the event, emphasizing the Corps' commitment to its values and traditions.
As the Corps looks towards the future, such commemorations serve as a reminder of the strong foundation and camaraderie that defines this esteemed organization.
