A series of ceremonies were held at the Regimental Centre, Corps of Engineer Services in conjunction with the celebration held on 10.10.2023 on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the Army.
With the participation of all ranks, hoisting of the Army flag, singing of the Army song and reading the congratulatory message issued by the Commander of the Army on the occasion of the 74th Army Day was done at the RHQCES premises. Later, all ranks were made to witness the Army day parade for the Commander of the Army through the Army Facebook page at the all ranks mess.
In commemoration of the 74th Army Day, Col MSD Perera USP ptsc Dy Cen Comdt CES, planted a mango tree at RHQCES premises.
