21 DIVISION COMMANDER VISITS “SANDA HIRU SEYA” CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Brigadier H P N K Jayapathirana RSP , the Commander 21 Division visited Sandahiru Seya Construction Project carried out by the 9th Engineer Services Regiment on 01 November 2018 and conducted a progress review meeting. Brigadier M P Lamahewa USP , the Project Officer , Maj N Wanigasinghe Lsc , the Commanding Officer 9 ESR (V) also participated in the discussions.
