The 12th Engineer Services Regiment (Vol) celebrated its 7th Unit Day on 13 October 2017 at its Headquarters in Polonnaruwa. A guard turnout and a ceremonial parade was accorded to Lt Col H K L S Silva USP CES, the Commanding Officer 12 ESR (V). A Mango sapling was planted by the Commanding Officer to mark the Unit Day. The Unit Day celebration was followed by a series of entertainment events, sports activities, an All Ranks lunch and a musical evening.
