The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SVB–SLCMP) conducted a donation programme on 30 August 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters, as a part of its monthly welfare initiatives, with the objective of extending support to Military Police personnel and their families facing serious medical challenges.
During the programme, assistance was extended to four Military Police personnel’s and their family members undergoing critical health issues. Each beneficiary received a package consisting of milk powder, nutritional supplements, personal hygiene items, daily essentials, and a specially customized pair of shoes.
The event was graced by the presence of the president of SVB–SLCMP, Mrs. Iroshini Fernando, together with all committed members of the branch.
