Colonel MMMP Mahesh Kumara officially assumed duties as the 18th Centre Commandant of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police on 21st October 2024. The ceremony began with the invocation of blessings by the Maha Sangha. The proceedings included a Guard Turnout and a formal parade, followed by a group photograph, a troop address, and an all-ranks tea at the Corporals' Club.
The event was graced by the presence of Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks, making it a truly memorable occasion.
