The Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Seva Vanitha Branch (SLCMP - SVB) conducted a blood donation programme on 18 March 2025 at SLCMP Regimental Headquarters, Polhengoda.
The programme was organized by Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of the SLCMP - SVB. More than 118 donors including Officers and Other Ranks participated and donated blood during the occasion. To remark the event, a fruit plant was presented for every blood donor by the SIU.
Mrs. Iresha Perera, the President of Provost Ladies Club including few members of SLCMP-SVB, Brig RD Sallay ndc, the Provost Marshal the Sri Lanka Army, Brigadier MMMP Mahesh Kumara, the Centre Commandant of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of SLCMP participated for the programme. Medical assistance was given by National Blood Transfusion Service and the Army Hospital (CBO) to success the event.
