The monthly meeting of the Commando Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch was held at 1400 hours on 10 June 2025 at the Officers’ Mess, Commando Regiment Centre, presided over by the Branch President, Mrs. Samindie Wickramarathne, with the participation of other dedicated members.
The meeting focused on key welfare initiatives, including planning for the Pregnant Mothers’ Support Program and reviewing the scholarship scheme for children’s. Financial updates were presented, along with initial preparations for upcoming events such as Children’s Day and the annual fundraising project.
Mrs. Samindie Wickramarathne thanked all members for their continued commitment and emphasized the importance of teamwork in supporting Commando Regiment families.
