CES PLAYERS EXCEL AT THE 71ST NATIONAL BILLIARDS CHAMPIONSHIP

The 71^st National Billiards Championship 2026 was held from 25 April 2026 to 24 May 2026 at the National Billiards and Snooker Sports Complex and the Automobile Sports Complex.

The championship was conducted under three categories: District, All-Island, and National. Players representing the Corps of Engineer Services displayed outstanding performances and secured several notable victories.

District Category

• 1^st Place – S/753667 Corporal Chandrasekara CMG.
• 3^rd Place – S/S101264 Corporal Clement MNHD.

All-Island Category

• 1^st Place – S/753667 Corporal Chandrasekara CMG

National Championship

• 2^nd Place – S/S106061 Lance Corporal Mubeen MM

The selection of five CES players to the National Pool as a result of their exceptional performances in this championship marks a historic achievement in the history of corps.
