Captain Lahiru Weeramanthri of the Corps of Engineer Services secured First Place in the Combat Coacher Course No. 51, held at the Marksmanship and Sniper Training School (MSTS), Diyatalawa.
Among 7 competitive events, Captain Weeramanthri achieved an outstanding feat by securing first place in three key events, which led him to top the overall order of merit.
