Mrs. Anupama Rathnayaka, the Honourable President of the Corps of Engineer Services Seva Vanitha Branch, formally handed over the duties of presidency on 17th January 2026.
Mrs. Rathnayaka assumed office as President of the CES Seva Vanitha Branch on 22nd August 2025. During her tenure, she rendered dedicated and purposeful leadership, effectively guiding the members of the CES Seva Vanitha Branch towards achieving its stated objectives and fulfilling its mission. Under her direction, numerous welfare and relief programmes were successfully planned and implemented, addressing the needs of serving personnel, civil staff, and their families.
Her term of office was characterised by a strong sense of commitment, responsibility, and compassion for the CES community. Through well-coordinated initiatives and active member participation, her leadership made a meaningful and lasting contribution to enhancing the well-being, morale, and quality of life of the CES fraternity.
