THE OFFICERS’ MESS OF 1st ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENT WAS CEREMONIALLY OPENED BY THE COLONEL COMMANDANT OF CORPS OF ENGINEER SERVICES

With the invitation of the Commanding Officer, 1 Engineer Services Regiment (1 ESR) Lt Col PAAS Perera CES, The Colonel Commandant CES and the Director General of Directorate of Media and Psychological Operations and the Army Spokesman of the Sri Lanka Army Maj Gen KAN Rasika Kumara ndc psc declared open the Officers’ Mess of 1 ESR at Panagoda on 06 November 2024.

The Director Engineer Services, Centre Commandant CES along with staff officers of the Regimental Headquarters participated the ceremony.
