Lt Col RMSK Rathnayake, Project Manager, Other Ranks' Married Quarters Construction Project - Kinhadeniya - DHQCP, was promoted to the rank of Colonel and new rank was worn by the Colonel Commandant CES and the Director General Media and Psychological Operations and the Spokesman of the Sri Lanka Army Maj Gen KAN Rasika Kumara ndc psc at the Corps of Engineer Services Regimental Center on 26.11.2024.
