BRIGADIER MILROY PERERA CONDUCTED A LECTURE ON ENSUREING MENTAL STABILITY OF PERSONNEL IN THE CORP.

In line with the training day programme on 19^th March 2025, Brigadier NWPSM Perera the Centre Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services conducted a valuable lecture titled "Resolving Problems While Preserving the Organization's Interests".

This session aimed to address the importance of problem-solving skills while safeguarding the core interests of the organization. The focus of the lecture was on equipping both officers and other ranks with the skills necessary to resolve challenges effectively while ensuring that decisions align with the best interests of the Corps. The Offcers and Other Ranks of the Regimental Headquarters of the Corps of Engineer Services participated in this insightful session.
