A Parade out along with Guard was organized to bid farewell to outgoing Colonel Commandant Major General R Ratnasingham.He was the Colonel commndant of Sri Lanka Army Womens\'s Corps since 19th October 2015.During the troops address at tea party he shared his valuable and unique experiences with all present which were noteworthy.

Brigadier KMDAA De Silva USP assumed duties on 20th September 2017 at Regimental Centre Sri Lanka Army Women\'s Corps as the 14th Centre Commandant of the Regiment. Middle of the blessings of Buddha he took over the duties. After receiving guard of honour he addressed the gathering at the all rank tea party.

Regimental Centre Sri Lanka Army Womens Corps celebrated 20th Anniversary at 4th Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps. The function was comprised with various events.Religious event was conducted at Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya on 17th November 2017 with the participation of the Colonel Of the Regiment Brigadier DTN Munasinghe USP, other Officers and Other Rankers.
