The newly promoted Brigadier HAM Premarathne psc Lsc on his arrival to the Regimental Headquarters and greeted him with a 'Guard Turnout' at the Main Entrance.

The AGM - 2022 of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch was held on 4th June 2022 at the Service Corps Regimental Centre's Conference hall and Officers' mess, Panagoda from 1630 hrs with the participation of 80 members. Mrs. Thushari Wanigasekara, President of the SLASC Seva Vanitha branch presided the AGM.

With the guidance of Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) The Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch, presided by Mrs Nishanthi Abeyrathna while further expanding its welfare rolls towards students in families of fallen War Heroes, disabled War Heroes, serving Army personnel and civil employees, provided a large chunk of incentives, to achievers in Grade 5 scholarship examination, GCE O/L and GCE A/L examinations during a ceremony and the foundation stone laid for construction of building for Mushroom project which was held this morning (Jan 2nd) at the RHQ SLASC premises.
