After nearly 30 years of war, the Sri Lankan Army underwent extensive transformation. As a result, the Army was reorganized into seven Security Forces Headquarters. Accordingly, after the establishment of the Security Forces Headquarters (Central) in Diyatalawa, the supply and transport duties to the Div / Bde/ Unit / Schools controlled by the Headquarters were rendered by the Composite Squadron 120,140 and 150, but not assigned to as the 8th member of the service force family to perform the task more efficiently and systematically.
