Security Force- Kilinochchi Challenge Trophy Soccer Tournament, organized by the 652 Brigade concluded on 27 February 2018 at the Parevupanjan playground in Kilinochchi.
Major General Ajith Kariyakarawana, Commander Security Force Kilinochchi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest in the finals of the tournament which was held for both Army and local teams in the area.

57 Division has celebrated its 11th anniversary on 26 Feb 2018. Series of events were organized to celebrate the anniversary. On the Division day, General Officer Commanding 57 Division Major General Vijitha Ravipriya has received the Guard Turnout and Guard of Honour which given by the 7th Sri Lanka Light Infantry. Brigade Commanders and Commanding Officers from under command brigades and battalions participated to witness the event. All Rank lunch was organized for the troops in headquarters 57 Division.

14th National Tug of War Championship organized by National Tug of War Federation together with Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi was conducted at Kilinochchi Central College ground from 0830 hours to 1830 hours on 25 February 2018 and 14 numbers of under mentioned Tug of War Teams were participated for the tournament.
