SOCIAL WELFARE PROJECTS IN KANDY

Troops of 5 Sri Lanka Light Infantry conducted a tree planting drive at the premises of Weluwana aranya Senasanaya – Ampitiya, Kandy on 27 March 2023. At the event, troops planted a number of 100 bamboo saplings.

Earlier, troops of 2 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment engaged in a shramadana campaign where they provided assistance to transport construction goods to Katugastota Dharmapala Temple on 24 March 2023.
