TROOPS FACILITATE AN ALMS GIVING CEREMONY AT BANDARAWELA

Midday alms giving ceremony was organized at the Municipal Ground in Bandarawela on 21 February 2023. A number of 1000 Buddhist monks were offered midday alms during the ceremony coordinated by Ven. Mugunuwala Anuruddha Thero along with the sponsorship of well-wishers of Maha Karuna Organization in Malaysia. Troops of Security Force Headquarters (Central) provided a parabolic hut and assistance to the organizing committee of the maga event on the guidance of Major General Mohan Rathnayake RWP RSP USP ndu, Commander Security Force (Central).
