Lieutenant Colonel H C S Harischandra RWP USP psc IG of Sri Lanka Artillery assumed duties as the new General Staff Officer 1 (Operations) at the 12 Division of Security Forces Headquarters (Central) at an auspicious time on 13 July 2020 at the office premises.
Lieutenant Colonel Harischandra is a well experienced senior officer who has discharged duties in many establishments as well as higher headquarters. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Division extended their wishes to the newly appointed Staff Officer 1 (Ops).
