Security Forces Headquarters (Central) commenced the first working day of the New Year, on 02 January 2018 with the participation of Major General G R H Dias USP ndcpsc IG, Commander Security Forces (Central).
After hoisting the national flag and Security Forces (Central) flag. National Anthem and the Army song, were sung at the Headquarters premises and it was followed by two minutes’ observance of silence in remembering of fallen War Heroes.
The state service commitment pledge was read by Major General G R H Dias USP ndcpsc 1G, Commander Security Forces (Central). Following that an all rank tea party was also taken place with the participation of the Commander SF (Central).
