TWO CLEANING PROGRAMS CONDUCTED BY 18 GW TROOPS

Two Shramadana Campaigns were conducted by the troops of 18 Battalion of Gamunu Watch on 23 August 2024 coinciding with the 75th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army. During the project troops cleaned the premises of Wathuruwawila Rajamaha Viharaya - Kataragama and Monaragala SOS Child Development Center.

This community project was initiated under the Commander, 121 Infantry Brigade and close supervision of the Commanding Officer, 18 Battalion of Gamunu Watch. The task of Army troops was appreciated by the Chief Incumbent of the temple and authorities of SOS Child Development Center.
