Security Force (Central) always extend their assistance to uplift the living standards of civil community, initiated consecutive dry ration distributions in order to relive the deserving families in many areas of Central Province and Uva Province.
On the directives and guidance of Commander Security Force (Central) Major General Samantha Silva RWP RSP ndu, Army troops organized another dry ration packs and essential items distribution programme to facilitate 200 deserving families belong to all communities living in the territory of Security Force (Central). The donations for the dry ration packs distribution was made by Mr Anuk residing in United States, and the programme was conducted at Community Centre Badalkumbura on 12 June 2022. Troops of 7th Battalion Sri Lanka Signal Corps coordinated the programme.
Commander Security Force (Central), Officer In-charge Badalkumbura Police Station, Grama Sewa Officer Badalkumbura, Senior Army Officers, Troops and Residents were seen at the premises.
