TROOPS PARTICIPATED IN A TIMELY LECTURE.

A lecture was conducted on drug prevention and the benefits of a drugs free society by Mr Ajith Nawagamuwa, the Head of the Law Department, The National Centre of drug information on 15 May 2019 at the lecture hall of Volunteer Force Training School (VFTS). This timely lecture was organized with the instructions of the Commander Security Forces (Central), Major General G J L Waduge RWP RSP USP ndu.

The motive of this lecture was to make aware the Military personnel on the effects of addiction to alcohol and drugs. 03 officers and 124 other ranks from this headquarters, its under command units and training schools participated in the lecture.
